About Sattva Samruddhi

Understanding yourself changes how you move through life.

Sattva Samruddhi helps you understand yourself, take ownership of what is within your control, and build more purposeful ways of living.

The idea

You are more than what you are struggling with.

At Sattva Samruddhi, we look beyond the immediate concern to understand the person behind it — their experiences, patterns, relationships, strengths, and everyday environment.
Support is personalized to where you are and what you want to change. The focus is on building self-awareness, taking ownership of what is within your control and developing practical ways to move forward in everyday life.

We look beyond the immediate concern to understand the experiences, patterns and circumstances shaping your everyday life.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Support is tailored to your needs, pace and goals — helping you understand yourself, take ownership of what is within your control and turn that understanding into practical change.

Whether the goal is emotional well-being, stronger relationships, personal growth or developmental support, the focus remains the same: helping you move through life with greater awareness, capability and purpose.

“Healing is not about becoming someone else — it is about reconnecting with yourself with greater awareness, balance and compassion.”

The founder

From understanding people to helping them move forward.

Krishna’s journey has been shaped by a continued interest in how people think, feel, learn and respond to the world around them. Working with individuals and families has given her a close understanding of how psychological concerns can influence everyday choices, relationships and quality of life.

This experience led to the creation of Sattva Samruddhi — a space designed to make psychological support more individualized, practical and relevant to real life.
